SEKRETARIS PENGADILAN AGAMA KOTA BANJAR

MENGAJUKAN PSP BMN KE KPKNL


Jum'at, 11 Juni 2021 Sekretaris Pengadilan Agama Kota Banjar (Yamin Mubarok, S.H.I.) didampingi oleh staf suba bagian umum (Ilyas) mealksanakan koordinasi ke KPKNL Tasikmalaya. Sekretaris dan stafnya ke KPKNL Tasikmalaya dalam rangka mengajukan permohonan Penetapan Status Penggunaan (PSP) BMN yang diperoleh melalui Hibah dari Bank BRI KCP Banjar yang diperoleh pada tahun 2021.

Pengadilan Agama Kota Banjar mendapatkan hibah dari Bank BRI KCP Banjar berupa TV, printer, portal masuk dan kanopi untuk tempat parkir. Sejak pak Yamin Mubarok, S.H.I. pemberian hibah dari Bank BRI tersebut langsung diproses ke kementerian terekait. Proses hibah barang langsung tersebut telah diproses melalui Kanwil DJPB Jawa Barat untuk memperoleh nomor register hibah dan melalui KPPN Tasikmlaya untuk memperoleh pengesahan hibah dan persetujuan memo pencatatan hibah.

Setelah hibah tersebut diinput ke aplikasi SIMAK-BMN PA Kota Banjar, akhirnya Sekretaris bersama-sama dengan stafnya mengajukan permohonan ke KPKNL Tasikmalaya untuk memperoleh SK Penetapan Status Penggunaan BMN berupa Kanopi untuk tempat pakrir. Saya berharap semoga proses pengajuan PSP ini berjalan dengan baik dan bisa segera memperoleh SK PSP nya dari KPKNL Tasikmalaya, dan semoga permohonan PSP BMN yang menjadi kewenangan pengguna barang yang sudah diajukan melalui SIMAN ke Eselon I Mahkamah Agung yang berwenang juga bisa segera diterbitkan SK PSPnya, tutur Sekretaris Pengadilan Agama Kota Banjar.
